Are you looking for a fun evening out with your friends or meeting other creative, curious individuals as yourself? FineTime parties are not limited to painting. Most classes require a minimum of 4 students in order to run and/or have maximum number limits so, PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE THAT YOU CAN GET INTO THE CLASS YOU WANT. Parkersburg Art Center reserves the right to withhold a partial administrative fee from all class refunds.
