Join Carrie Tidd—founder of Wild Earth Collective, Herbalist and Holistic Nutritionist with over 30 years of experience, certified Reiki and sound healing Practitioner, and educator—for an introduction to the healing and balancing properties of adaptogenic herbs. Explore the benefits of herbs like Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and Tulsi (Holy Basil), and learn how to create your own personalized tincture.
