First Chapter bookstore is teaming up with the Parkersburg Art Center for this fully instructed Acotar inspired paint party. Your ticket cost includes your painting session and one drink from the FC coffee bar. Limited spaces are available and you must pre-register. This class will take place at First Chapter Books at 705 Market Street. Adults and teens. 20 students.
